Terms & Conditions

These are the rules that govern how we work together. We've written them clearly so there are no surprises — for you or for us. Please read through before placing an order.

Section 1

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with ANNA TABLES88 (operated by GORA BROTHERS PRIVATE LIMITED), you agree to the terms laid out on this page. These terms apply to every custom table order, from the first conversation to final delivery.

If something here doesn't make sense or you have questions, ask us before placing an order. We're happy to explain anything — the whole point of writing this clearly is so both sides know where they stand.

"We," "us," and "our" refers to GORA BROTHERS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U63030RJ2020PTC068805). "You" and "your" refers to you, the customer.

Section 2

How Custom Orders Work

Every table we make is custom-built. There's no ready stock, no standard menu. Here's what that means in practice:

  • You contact us with your requirements — design, size, colours, theme, budget, and any reference images
  • We discuss the details over phone, WhatsApp, or email until we're both clear on what's being built
  • We share a detailed quote covering materials, labour, finishing, and packaging
  • You confirm the order and make the advance payment
  • We begin production only after your confirmation and payment
  • We share progress updates during the build
  • The completed table is delivered to your address

Important: Because each table is made from scratch to your specifications, no two tables are exactly identical — even if they follow the same design. Resin is a natural material. Wood has natural grain patterns. Slight variations in colour, texture, and flow are inherent to the craft and are part of what makes each piece unique. These are not defects.

Section 3

Pricing & Payments

How pricing works:

Every table has a different price because every table is different. The price depends on the size, wood type, resin colour and complexity, design intricacy, and finishing. We don't have a price list because there's no "standard" product.

After we discuss your requirements, you'll receive a detailed written quote that breaks down exactly what you're paying for. That quote is your price — no hidden fees, no surprise additions at the end.

What the quote includes:

  • Raw materials (wood slab, epoxy resin, pigments)
  • Labour and craftsmanship
  • Finishing (sanding, polishing, coating)
  • Packaging for safe transport

What's not included (quoted separately):

  • Delivery/shipping charges — these vary by location and are communicated before you confirm
  • Any add-ons or modifications requested after the initial quote
  • GST (Goods and Services Tax) at applicable rates — will be clearly mentioned in the invoice

Payment terms:

StageAmountWhen
Advance payment50% of quoted amountBefore production begins
Balance paymentRemaining 50%After completion, before dispatch

Payment methods: We accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), and select digital wallets. Details will be shared on the invoice. We do not accept cash on delivery for custom orders.

GST Invoice: All orders receive a proper GST invoice from GORA BROTHERS PRIVATE LIMITED (GSTIN: 08AAICG3022F1ZY). If you need the invoice in a specific format for your business, let us know.

Section 4

Production Timelines

Resin work takes time. Every table goes through multiple stages — wood preparation, resin pouring, curing, sanding, finishing — and none of these steps can be rushed without compromising quality.

Typical timelines:

Table TypeEstimated Time
Small tables (coffee tables, side tables)2–3 weeks after confirmation
Medium tables (dining tables, desk tables)3–5 weeks after confirmation
Large or complex custom designs4–8 weeks after confirmation

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual timelines depend on design complexity, material availability, curing conditions, and current order volume. We'll give you a more specific estimate when you place your order, and we'll keep you updated throughout.

If there's a delay beyond our initial estimate, we'll inform you proactively — you won't have to chase us for updates.

Section 5

Changes After Order Confirmation

We understand that ideas evolve. But because these are handcrafted custom pieces, changes become harder (and sometimes impossible) once production has started.

  • Before production starts: Minor changes to design, colour, or size can usually be accommodated. If the change affects cost, we'll share a revised quote for your approval before proceeding.
  • After resin has been poured: Major design changes are generally not possible at this stage. The resin has already been mixed and poured according to the agreed design. Minor finishing changes may still be possible.
  • Size changes after wood has been cut: Not possible without sourcing new material, which would be quoted as additional cost.

The lesson here is simple: take your time during the discussion phase. We'd rather spend an extra week getting the design right than rush into production with something you're not sure about.

Section 6

Cancellations

Because every table is made specifically for you, cancellation terms are different from ready-made furniture:

When You CancelRefund
Before production has startedFull advance refund minus a 10% processing fee
After production has started but before resin pour50% of advance refunded (materials already procured)
After resin has been pouredNo refund possible — the materials and labour are committed to your specific design and cannot be repurposed

Why no refund after pouring? Once resin is poured onto a wood slab in your specific design and colour, that piece is yours. It can't be "undone" or sold to someone else as-is because it was made to your exact specifications. The wood has been cut, the resin has been mixed with your chosen pigments, and the design has been laid. We're being upfront about this so there are no uncomfortable conversations later.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Section 7

Delivery

Where we deliver: We deliver across India. Delivery charges depend on your location, the size and weight of the table, and the logistics partner used. Delivery charges are always communicated before you confirm your order — never as a surprise after.

How we pack: Every table is packed with multiple layers of protection — foam, bubble wrap, corrugated carton, and wooden crating for large pieces. We take packaging seriously because a damaged table during transit hurts us as much as it hurts you.

Delivery timelines:

  • Within Jaipur & Rajasthan: Typically 2–4 days after production is complete
  • Rest of India: Typically 5–10 days, depending on location and logistics
  • Remote areas: May take longer; we'll confirm timelines before dispatch

Your responsibility: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the table and inspect the packaging. If the outer packaging shows visible damage at the time of delivery, please note it on the delivery receipt and inform us immediately with photos.

Section 8

Inspection & Acceptance

When your table arrives, please inspect it within 48 hours of delivery. Check for:

  • Any damage that may have occurred during transit
  • Whether the design, colour, and size match what was agreed
  • Surface finish quality

If there's an issue, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and a description of the problem. We'll work with you to resolve it — either through repair, replacement of the affected section, or other appropriate solution.

Please note: Natural variations in wood grain, slight differences in resin colour (resin can shift very subtly during curing depending on temperature and humidity), and minor air bubbles are characteristics of handcrafted resin work. These are not considered defects and are not grounds for rejection or refund.

Section 9

Warranty & Defects

We stand behind our work. Here's what's covered:

What's covered (craftsmanship warranty):

  • Structural defects in the table (wobbling, instability, resin separation from wood due to improper bonding)
  • Significant discolouration of resin within the first 6 months under normal indoor use
  • Finishing defects that weren't visible at the time of delivery

What's not covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or dropping the table
  • Scratches, dents, or stains from daily wear and use
  • Damage from exposure to direct sunlight for extended periods, extreme heat, or outdoor use (unless the table was specifically built for outdoor use)
  • Damage caused by placing hot objects directly on the resin surface without protection
  • Natural ageing of wood over time
  • Minor variations in grain, colour, or resin flow (as mentioned in Section 8)

If you experience a genuine craftsmanship defect, contact us with photos and we'll assess the situation. If it's a defect we're responsible for, we'll repair or replace the affected area at no cost to you.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

We work hard to deliver quality, but there are limits to what we can be held responsible for:

  • Our total liability for any claim related to your order will not exceed the total amount you paid us for that specific order
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — for example, if a delay in delivery causes you to miss an event you planned around the table
  • We are not liable for damage that occurs after delivery due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • We are not responsible for colour differences between what you see on your screen and the actual product — screens display colours differently, and resin cures slightly differently every time

None of this limits your statutory rights under Indian consumer protection laws.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

Our designs: All original designs, patterns, and concepts created by ANNA TABLES88 remain our intellectual property. You're purchasing a physical table, not the design rights. You may not commercially reproduce, replicate, or sell copies of our designs.

Your input: If you provide reference images, sketches, or design ideas, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they don't infringe on anyone else's intellectual property. We create original interpretations — we don't copy other artists' or makers' work.

Cricket disclaimer: All cricket-themed designs are entirely original creations. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any cricket board, franchise, team, or player, including BCCI, IPL, ICC, or any individual cricketer. We do not use official logos, trademarks, or licensed imagery.

Section 12

Photos & Portfolio Use

We like to photograph our completed work and share it on our website and social media as part of our portfolio. This helps other customers see what we're capable of.

By placing an order, you give us permission to photograph the completed table and use those photos in our marketing materials, website, and social media. We will never share your personal details (name, address, etc.) alongside these photos without your explicit consent.

If you prefer that we don't photograph or share images of your specific table, just let us know before or during the build. We'll respect that completely.

Section 13

Force Majeure

Sometimes things happen that are beyond anyone's control — natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, extreme weather affecting resin curing, or other unforeseeable events.

In such cases, we won't be held liable for delays in production or delivery. We will, however, communicate the situation to you promptly and work together to find the best path forward — whether that's waiting it out, modifying the order, or arranging a refund where appropriate.

Section 14

Disputes & Resolution

We hope it never comes to this, but if there's a disagreement:

  • Step 1 — Talk to us first. Most issues can be resolved with a simple conversation. Email us at contact@annatables88.site or call +91 96390 54379. We'll respond within 48 hours.
  • Step 2 — If we can't resolve it directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
  • Step 3 — Legal jurisdiction. Any legal proceedings will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, India.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable legislation.

Section 15

General Terms

  • Entire agreement: These terms, together with any written quote we provide, constitute the entire agreement between you and us for your order.
  • Severability: If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in full effect.
  • No waiver: If we don't enforce a particular term in one instance, it doesn't mean we've waived our right to enforce it in the future.
  • Updates: We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website at the time you place your order is the version that applies to your order. We'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top whenever we make changes.
  • Language: These terms are written in English. In case of any dispute over interpretation, the English version on this website is the authoritative version.
