A resin table isn't a phone case — it's heavy, fragile at the edges, and took weeks to build. So we don't just "ship" it. We pack it like it matters, because it does. Here's everything you need to know about how your table gets from our workshop to your home.
We deliver across India. Whether you're in Jaipur, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, or a smaller town — if there's a road to your address, we'll get the table to you.
We work with trusted logistics partners who specialise in handling heavy and fragile items. The exact partner depends on your location, table size, and what makes the most sense for safe delivery.
Jaipur, Ajmer, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Kota. Personal delivery or local logistics. We can sometimes deliver ourselves for nearby locations.
Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, and other Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
Smaller towns, remote areas, North-East India, hill stations. Delivery possible but may take longer. We'll confirm feasibility and timeline before you confirm your order.
These timelines start after production is complete, not from when you place the order. Production timelines are separate — check our Terms & Conditions for production estimates.
We're going to be straight with you: delivery charges aren't included in the table quote. They're quoted separately because they vary a lot based on where you are and how big the table is.

No surprises: We always share the exact delivery charge with you before you confirm your order. You'll see the table cost and delivery cost as separate line items. You only pay when you agree to both. If the delivery charge doesn't work for you, you're welcome to arrange your own pickup or third-party courier.
This is something we take very seriously. A resin table is heavy, with edges that can chip if they take a direct hit. So our packaging isn't a cardboard box with some newspaper stuffed inside. Here's what we do:
Soft cloth layer directly on the resin surface to prevent micro-scratches during handling
High-density foam sheets around all surfaces and edges — this absorbs impact during transit
Multiple layers of bubble wrap around the entire piece, with extra layers on corners and edges
Corrugated cardboard shell or wooden crate (for large tables), secured with strapping tape
For large dining tables and conference tables, we use wooden crating — a rigid frame built around the table to prevent any flex or compression during transport.
Packaging cost is included in the delivery charge. You don't pay extra for it.

We pack carefully, but transit is unpredictable. If your table arrives damaged, here's exactly what to do:
Take clear photos and a short video showing the damage. Include close-ups and wider shots showing context. The more evidence, the faster we can resolve it.

We'll assess the damage and work with the logistics partner. Depending on severity, we'll arrange repair, partial replacement, or appropriate compensation.
Important: If you notice damage to the outer packaging at the time of delivery but accept it without noting the damage on the delivery receipt, it becomes much harder to claim with the logistics partner. Always note visible damage before signing.
If you'd rather skip delivery charges entirely, you're welcome to pick up the table yourself from our workshop:

Just coordinate with us on the pickup date and time. We'll have the table packed and ready. You'll need to arrange your own transport — make sure the vehicle can safely accommodate the table size.
For self-pickup, we still pack the table with full protection. We just don't charge for it since we're not paying for logistics.
